App is really great! But a couple of issues should be tweaked. 1) I switched charge cards, and the app didn't retain my previous choice to apply my promotional balance. If it doesn't retain that choice, it should offer another prompt for that. 2) I immediately realized I needed to add an item. Called store (they only had 2 delivery orders) and was told they had no way to add anything. Maybe that was a restaurant personnel problem(?) (3) No place to request condiments or utensils.

I am a long time restaurant customer and getting registered and ordering with this app was hugely frustrating. From requiring too much PII (birthdate?), to registration forms blanking after being filled, to a mandatory "Opt in" checkbox, to random hangs with a spinning hamburger, to card scanning not working, to failing to retrieve card details for checkout, it was a poor customer experience. Only through many retries, workarounds and much persistence was I able to get my order through. Phew!

It doesn't actually work. I tried to create an account, and it gave me an error because I hadn't entered a mobile phone number. But there's no field for a mobile phone number! I tried to contact help though the app, and there was another error. Guess I'll order food elsewhere...
