10/2021: Clumsy, unintuiative UI, and crashes every time I place an order. Have lost rewards due to the crashes. I think the app is the only way to earn rewards so the very fact it fails to work is frustrating for someone who orders a ton of food from here. The company they hired to build this app needs to overhaul it instead of putting out a dysfunctional mess. 12/2023 update: same thing. Just lost another rewards after redeeming it and the app crashing. Delete this and start again

App has occasional, sporadic issues, causing you to clear the app cache and start over. App is rather slow and cumbersome. You can't use gift card AND a credit card for the balance. You can only use one OR the other. For Bellagreen (at the City Center location anyway), when you order for delivery, you sometimes don't get all that you ordered (items often missing).

I really like bellagreen and I think the app is fine..except for the annoying requirement of my credit card info all the time despite me adding it to quick pay every time.
