One of the worst apps I have ever used. Not sure why Old Chicago changed their rewards system and started using this. The app always crashes. Doesn't provide any information for beer tours, mini tours or reward progress. Management and staff have no control and all admit to hating the new system because it makes their job harder. Not worth the download.

Horrible app, not worth the hassle This app is not intuitive to use. I tried to use it to collect rewards and OC staff reported lots of issues with the app. We found an option to submit a receipt for rewards, and a pic of the receipt is required. However the file size is limited to 2 MB. OC must think I'm stuck in 2010 for a photo this small. I tried uploading a word doc or a PDF that fit within their size parameters, but that won't work either. Drop the OC rewards app!

The reviews are correct. Not able to check tour status. Won't let me upload a receipt for a missed visit. A lot of wasted features. The old app wasn't perfect, but it's 5 stars compared to this garbage.
