The first passbook I received was excellent 100%. The second one did not center my pictures or apply my text. The third, every time I get to the end of my book it deletes everything that I make. Hours and hours of work for nothing.I did this three times. I'll go back to the way I used to order my photo books this is ridiculous and so sad because they can make beautiful products.

I was excited to make a book of all my 2023 pictures and the 50% discount around Christmas. The app repeated crashed at random times, and I would lose all the progress I made and would have to start over. I decided to use the website instead, which didn't crash constantly, but definitely didn't have the layout options the app had. I completed the book on the website and when time to check out, was extremely disappointed and upset that the 50% discount only applied to the APP!! :( Very upsetting!

App keeps crashing while trying to work on my photo book! I have used the website for years. The site and app aren't connected for dome reason. I'm forced to use the app & it crashes every 5 minutes. It doesn't automated so I am continuously losing my progress. This is incredibly frustrating. If I try to edit the book in anyway, add photos, rearrange photos, the app closes automatically.
