Does not work on my phone. Everyone else got loyalty rewards. I'm missing out. The stamp does not work on my screen. No way to contact support from within the app. No email address provided. Was really looking forward to using it. Also can't see any alternative way to enter a code if the stamp does not work. Really guys, this is basic User Experience you should have considered.

Great concept, but the App doesn't always work. I've tested it in various weather conditions, with different phone, different screen protectors. The developers should look into this, because it's a serious problem for something that has so much potential. The UI/UX needs a serious rethinking and update.

The good thing is you don't have to carry more paper discount coupons which is friendly for the environment as most people have a smartphone these days. But there are problems for the cashiers to validate the coupon because of connectivity issues. Don't know whether it's the app, my phone (Pixel 6) or display screen protector.
