About this app

Parkade reinvents how parking can work at private buildings, enabling parking to be managed through an app.

Instead of property managers managing parking via spreadsheets or paper leases, Parkade digitizes a building’s parking operations and makes parking self-serve for tenants. Depending on what features your building choose to leverage Parkade for, tenants can use Parkade to:

- Book short-term parking
- Book or manage long-term parking
- Open your building’s parking gate(s)
- Report issues with your parking spot(s)
- Add or edit your vehicle records
- Book EV charging spots
- Book parking for a guest, giving them gate access and wayfinding tools
- Rent out or share your long-term parking spot with others
- Sublease a spot from someone else

Parkade brings your building’s parking into the 21st Century, making parking a snap for everyone! Note that it’s up to each building who gets Parkade access, as many buildings choose to limit access to tenants. At other buildings, Parkade can be used by the public to rent excess parking.

Not sure if your building is right for Parkade, or are you a property manager/HR team member looking to set your building up with Parkade? Drop us a note at hello@parkade.com, and we'd be happy to chat!

Avoid this app if you can. Unfortunately, this app was forced onto me by my complex who changed their parking to this app. I reserved a spot in my complex and a few days later, they said they were changing the map, but "For the most part, the actual location of your spot you chose hasn't changed, only the number has." I contacted support and they told me I would have to use the new spot of my original number, forcing me into a spot I didn't want or choose. They then claim there were no lies.

The app informs you that, despite your full wifi signal and 5G network connection, that you, the user, have a poor network signal and that you need to check your connection. This conveniently occurs on the last day to update your billing to your bank account, so you do not incur a 3% fee for using your credit/debit card. There is no website on which you can sign in to, so if the app goes down, you have no recourse. What a terrible way to run a business, for the consumer.

I pay nearly 100 bucks a months for parking not even on site, not even a security camera, trying to get support to handle people who ding my car, crack my windshield and park in my spot is basically impossible. If you see a landlord who uses the app run, all they want is to take your money and hand management of even the smallest of things to someone else. On top of that it's another mother f ing app on my goddam phone I need to do anything anyone with even a foul wisp of gentrific.
