Can't report some location because the mapping is broken with an obvious bug. Can't update my profile which is partly missing. Sadly, from inside this app cannot seem to figure out where in the app to follow up on reports. The previous app the City had, you could follow up on reports very easily and it included the submitted photos. Hope they improve this feature.

For a very long time these bugs and short comings have been present. The mapping is broken (bug) and thinks addresses inside the limits are in other cities. The My Account section is broken (bug) with no option to correct or update (basic failure). The report history is there one moment and right before your eye it disappears (bug). Ability to follow up on reports is made difficult to find and does not include the photos submitted. This feature needs a great deal of improvement. Reported.

Oh my God this app sucks! First of all you can't sign in without reporting an issue. There is no sign in on the opening page. Second of all it is slow as hell. third of all if you try to report an issue on the fly like if you're walking and you see graffiti you have to go through about six different menus to actually submit it. And then and only then it asks you to sign up. Like on the fly. So when you get home you try to sign up. But it the sign up doesn't work. So you hit forgot password. No g
