This does not unlock APN settings. The app does nothing except bombard the user with ads while expaining how to add an APN setting -as any 3rd grader can do. Worthless.

It provides information that can be found on the web, but served up with tasty ads. If you prefer to get this information in app form, this app will provide that for you. Specific advice given did not work in my case, it matched what I'd found and tried from the web. It did no harm, though.
