The app has come a long way in three years since we last used it. It was very user friendly. Some things was hard to find, but easy to figure out simply by asking where is it. Would have given 5 star except for 2 things. Laundry is not on the app and the 48 hr dinning delay is very inconvenient. There has to be a better way to get the dining update to the app quicker.

Have used for room service for ordering breakfast. Liked that it showed progress, on the way, etc. Used for ordering hangers etc for the room. No issues. Used to look at menus ahead of time. I also used to look up entertainment with no issues. It used to show you how many resort credits you have. I can't find that anywhere so hard to check status of credits. For the most part I have found useful once I was here at Palace.

I really want to love this app! The idea is great, but anytime I add an activity to my calendar its a coin toss if it actually shows up on my calendar. I picked several activities for a certain day and my calendar says I have a "free day". So, I am not getting the full use out of the app and that is disappointing. I hope it gets fixed before my visit in 2 days!
