Hi, my payment keeps declining for my renewal on Google play, the bank have confirmed it's not them plus the same payment methods work for other payments I have made on the play store at the same time so must be a problem with this app as this is the only one I am having this problem with. Can you help me?

I used to love reading the worcester news everyday. But its too expensive now, so thats the end of keeping up with my home town.
