Terrible app! Worst shopping app that I have used ! Took two weeks to process my store credit refund. Apart from that, when I have mistake on the order and revert from the payment page, my store credit disappeared! Need to waste my time to call customer service again to fix it. There's no cancel order option before the order is processed/pack. Even if there is, I doubt it will refund my store credit on the spot. As a frequent online shopper, I have never been so disappointed.

It's great that padini has their own app but it's still unstable. I thought it will be more smooth than the website but it's not. The problem is when trying to scroll down, the items keeps on loading (load a few items, scroll down, then loading button shows up, wait, load items again). These keeps on and on which irritates me. Hope this issue will be resolve.

Love this user-friendly app as it's super simple and clear to use! Amazing shopping experience with the app brcause it runs so smoothly, it's easy to navigate, and the wishlist feature is very helpful. The share feature makes it easier to share items to my friends directly. It also helps to locate the nearest Padini and Brands Outlet store to me. Congratulations on the new app launch, and keep up the good work!
