I wrote a recommendation in the app. When I didn't receive a response, I contacted the Club. Member services had not received it and IT could not track it down. The app. does not save a copy in my account. So the carefully worded, extensive recommendation is lost without a trace and you want to know how I think this app. is functioning? Like it was designed by a team of sophomores who keep asking, "but how am I doing?" Answer: Your team is doing just swell. Steady as you go. Steven Kam
