this app is terrible. it was alright at first but its just gotten worse. why now, i've just found out primary customers accounts expire after 12 months?? i have £500 locked in my bank and cannot do a single thing about it until monday because they said 'their office is down'. i need this money. it also locked me out of my account and when i try to log in, it says its already regestered to another device when i haven't logged in on any other phone. please i need someone to contact me about this.

all tansactions have fee. declined or not succesful transactions will be charged. Even though the transaction failed at their end. this bank really sucks. Not available on some online payment and find it hard to transfer moneybon ather banks. Also bank transfer was charged of more than a pound. When ypur salary get deposited in your account it automatically deducted by 1.50£. Ihate this bank, useless and not convenient to use. I dont recommend this bank.

Spacing rubbish, thanks Google. This review is based on release 0.13.1 updated on 4 Jul 2019 (nearly two months ago) As at 1 September 2019, over 2/3 of respondents have given this app ONE star. What lies behind the reasoning/motives for those giving it FIVE stars is anyone's guess. I awarded this mediocre app TWO stars, judging OnePay's app solely on the following categories. 1. Accuracy Inaccurate spending summary for Yearly expenditure. I suspect that the Weekly summary is also still incorrect (it was hopelessly inaccurate the last time I checked and the app has not been updated since then) but I do not have the funds available on the card to verify this. Transactions in the Notification screen are INCONSISTENT with the transactions reported in the View Latest. The number of transactions in each area is different, even though I have very few in total. Of much greater concern is that I have a random Notification transaction that is NOT present in the Latest Transactions. Not only that, but it is for an amount that I did not spend. For an app that is designed to help customers manage their finances, these errors are inexcusable and require your urgent and immediate attention. 2. Data Presentation The values of individual transactions are very poorly presented throughout the app. The format of the currency values range from having no decimal places to showing 2 decimal places. This creates unnecessary confusion when one glances at the screen. This sloppy currency formatting also extends into the CSV file created via the Export option. It really isn't difficult to format these amounts to 2dp (the generally accepted format in the UK), so why not do that and make it look a lot more professional? 3. Usability When registering a new customer their date of birth needs entering. The only way to enter this date is via a pop up calendar. For each year going back to their DOB (the calendar defaults to a minimum age of 18), the user must press the back arrow twelve times. Fine if you are maybe younger than 22, but after that the number of presses becomes onerous. For someone aged 55, for example, they would need to press the back arrow over 440 times. Why not allow a user to enter their date directly or give clear visual cues/hints as to the shortcut that is present and would make date entry considerably easier? Option My Card, Card Details. Swiping the screen upwards in a vain attempt to reveal the toggle options further down the screen is unresponsive (eventually working after many many swipes) whereas other screens work fine so why not this one? 4. Look and Feel Misaligned headings (Total Balance, Spent Today) on Latest Transaction view. A minor point but it does highlight a lack of attention to detail. Some transaction details can be further expanded by pressing the Info icon (View Latest) whereas the same transactions in the notification screen (found by pressing the bell) have an inoperative Info icon, why the difference? The prominent + sign bottom right has Send Money and Lock Card. We can already lock the card in other options so it is unnecessary. Last but not least, what on earth is the purpose of the circle around the TOTAL BALANCE on the main dashboard? My advice to OnePay is to treat this as a learning exercise and scrap it asap. Restart using designers/devs that are more adept in the areas of UX/UI/Mobile app creation to produce an entirely new app. Introduce a much more rigorous testing and QA regime that catches basic mistakes like those mentioned above BEFORE release not after the customers have tested it for you. During my career I worked for many years in a large US Bank and one of the UK's largest outsourcing companies and there is no way that an app of this mediocrity would have been deemed acceptable for release to our customers. However, to end on a slightly more positive note. I must disagree with Ileana's review in Google Play. This is most definitely NOT "the worst app". X-Wing Squad Builder by FFG was almost unusable when it was released. At least this app doesn't hang or crash, it's just not very good.
