The purpose of this app is great. However i didnt get the service as i wanted by just using my e-card. Even screenshot it if somehow i didnt internet on my phone. The employee however didnt granted my access to my membership e-card to purchase. I did everything as instructed, whats the point of this app if theres no use of it. Please explain.
