The app needs some tweaks, but when it works properly, it's awesome. Edit- I'm dropping my rating 2 stars. There is a fee for taking & storing video after the "free trial" period is over. The app is really frustrating and hasn't improved in the 2 months I've had it.

App needs work; camera needs work. Have to login each time I open the app. Doesn't alert when birds land on the feeder even though alert setting is on. This was a birthday present from my husband and we both are disappointed it doesn't work. We have a regular bird feeder camera and it works great so we have something to compare. I agree with another review...it's nothing more than a trail cam. Disappointed and would give zero stars if possible!

Cool device, but app needs work. There are misspellings and empty pages in the settings area. For example, the About Us page is an errored out website and Contact Us does nothing. Update: Dropping rating to 2 since in early March 2024, they broke the main feature to view recorded videos. This app is now pretty useless and acts like a cheap trailcam instead.
