Awesome workout challenge for better chests in 30 days, I love it, I'm 5 days in and on the advanced mode and it's starting to get tough. It gets really challenging sometimes to not hit the pause button, and it's perfect for gaining muscle. Definitely recommend for any age level since it has several experience modes to choose from, and I can't wait to see how much I've improved by the end of the 30 days 💪🏼✌🏼

This app definitely works, seeing little results within a week. The only downside is there's no difficulty settings for beginners, so it might be difficult at first. Also ads.
