About this app

Five stones to love: Prayer, Bible, Eucharist, fasting, confession. Our mission also passes through an App: to live and make love live for the 5 stones.
Every day you can pray the Holy Rosary with the friars and nuns of Mary through videos of each mystery recorded live.
On Sundays and from Tuesday to Friday you can find a short audio commentary on the Gospel of the day. Every Saturday the videos with the meditations of the Marian Prayer sung by the friars and nuns of Mary.
In the "prayers" section you will find help for your daily prayer, with prayers for the morning, for the evening and for when you wake up in the middle of the night.
In this App you can also find the religious songs composed by the Mariana Le Cinque Pietre family with many official video clips, videos of the animated songs and the lyrics of all the songs. Useful material for singing with us, in the parish, at catechism with children, teenagers and young people and wherever you are to praise the Lord.
And again, some prayers and the texts of the Liturgy of the Hours of our patron saints: Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus, Saint Francis and Saint Clare of Assisi, Saint Louis Maria Grignion de Montfort and Saint Pio of Pietrelcina.

This is the official APP of the «Famiglia Mariana Le Cinque Pietre». We are a young religious family founded on November 29, 2003.
We are located in Piano Maglio (near Palermo), in Vitorchiano (Viterbo) and at the sanctuary of the Santa Spina of Petilia Policastro (Crotone).
WHO WE ARE:
We are a Marian Family. Family because we live together, brothers and sisters, in an atmosphere of joy and sharing. As in the first Christian communities, everything is in common, from prayer to evangelization. Mariana for the clear awareness that this work is Mary's and was consecrated to her. The Lord thought of us as a Family that also includes a movement of lay people. Therefore, the Family is made up of consecrated people, "the friars and nuns of Mary", and lay people, who we call "living stones" and "shalom workers", depending on the commitments made within the same Family.

Our CHARISMA:
Looking at Jesus who girds himself to serve, each member of the Family is called to serve the poor, in the various forms of poverty. From the hands of Mary, Mother of the poor, we receive the towel through which she wants to continue to serve the his poor children. For this reason our religious dress (brown habit with white scapular) is called "apron". Even lay people share the same charism. The service that unites us is hospitality, then each of us is called to various services. We have to wash our feet!

Our MISSION:
Our mission consists in living and making the love of the five stones live. The five stones, the same ones collected by David to face the giant Goliath, are: love of the Eucharist, love of prayer, love of confession, love of the Bible and love of fasting. These stones are the tools to strengthen the union between man and God. The friars and nuns of Mary are "contemplatives with an apron". We have been entrusted with the urgency of evangelization, the cry of the poor; our evangelization starts from the knees bent and marked by prayer and abandonment to God, up to the churches, homes and squares. The shalom workers, as members of the Family, also carry out the mission of living and make love live for the five stones, in the family, in the parish, among the people.
