I thought the old lullaby notification sound was annoying, but now I'd give anything to go back to it. This loud beep is so startling. I understand if heart rate drops or low oxygen, but for a sock falling off or misplaced I would like the lullaby back. I really miss the wiggle arch at the top of the screen. I could quickly look at it and see if she is wiggling, awake, or settling back down. This app was perfect and easy to use for parents, now it's more difficult.

Latest update totally messed up notifications. I contacted support, but they've been useless so far. Took a week to respond, then said "it doesn't do that, sorry." But it used to! I see I'm not alone with the other recent reviews. The sock does not push alerts anymore at all. No app settings to adjust it. Pointless. The camera pushes a notification like an email for a cry alert. How that's supposed to alert us to anything when we're asleep is a great question. I honestly want my money back.

The latest update is terrible! The. The sleep seasion section hasn't been loading to the current time, and tonight won't upload at all. My connection dropped multiple times, but this is the only app using Bluetooth or wifi that dropped connection. When the alarm for lost connection sounded (5 different times!!!) It kept waking my son up.
