Concept is great. App is horrible. Have been having wifi connections issues frequently after having very few issues for 2 years. We added a second camera and it has been awful for the last 2 months. Cannot rely on it as a sole baby monitor because it doesn't stay connected for more than a few seconds at a time. When the app is open it crashes and disconnects if I get any kind of notification on my phone. Love the camera when it works right. Disappointed that this is still an issue.

Edit: Over 2 (!) years later and the problems are still the same!!!!! We've switched to a standalone monitor and it always works. Unbelievably awful product. We moved to using it just as a camera/monitor and it feels like the camera is offline more often than it is working. Resetting doesn't fix much and when it does work, I have to force close the app after every use or the feed won't load when opened again. The best descriptors I have for this system are "unreliable" and "frustrating".

The concept is great. Use the camera to see in the child's room monitor, etc. The issue is the app is terribly buggy. I can't count how many times per day/night that the app freezes and/or disconnects. Some will say it's your wifi. Nope. It's literally in the next room over. And the full screen mode is horrible also. You have to open the full screen (which is ALWAYS black and not showing an image on open), click the close button numerous times, close the screen then reopen for it to work.
