Annoyed they switched apps and now you can only earn rewards for orders in the app. Yet, beverages aren't available to purchase in the app, so still not getting points for buying soft drinks, and have to make a Seperate purchase to get my drink

A typical instance of change for no reason. It's centered around online/application orders, making it a mess to warn and redeem points.
