Still unable to use the app since last review in March 2023. It hasn't been fixed, unable to sign in and view my account. Keep getting "something went wrong" everytime I try and reset the password via email or SMS. Paying for garbage.

No new bill has been sent. The app keeps saying their is an issue. I've uninstalled the app several times and even contacted origin. This app is useless.

the app allows me to track my daily usage. I can see how much my bill is to the date and the prediction to the end day bill cycle. I can look up my usage cost in dollar or Kwh. it's so convenient.
