Basic features work as expected. However, there's room for improvement. 1. Overhaul your UI/UX (both watch and phone app). 2. Improve sync time for watch faces (dials) 3. Enable watch auto-reconnect/auto-pair once both devices are within reach. No need to manually pair each time the connection between phone and watch is lost. Typical example is when my device is restarted. I have to go through the process of pairing again. 4. Allow full view of notifications on the watch instead of previews.

Very good product, have been using it for the past 3 years now but sometimes the watch disconnect with the Bluetooth automatically I don't know what to do again

Why can't I update the firmware? So annoying. My watch vibrates on every touch, while idle, it vibrates like a hundred times in less than an hour. It resets itself every time
