I'm ridiculously annoyed with the new authentication process. It says that there is an option to remember/name the device so it's trusted in the future but that doesn't work! I now have to do 2 step authentication every single time I log in! There isn't a place in the app that catalogs trusted devices, allows you to remove devices from the trusted list, or anything else. Logging into the app with this process is time consuming and miserable! I have a PASSWORD for a reason.

With the old app, when you have multiple accounts, you were able to EASILY go back and forth. No longer an option. I have to go log out, type in the other account name, type in the password. I've literally switched from app to computer that's how annoying it is. Makes banking difficult not easy. Also, not a fan of the transfer tool. Also harder and more confusing.

The update I needed! I'm a huge fan of forced obsolescence! You say you're going to trash an app that works, and replace it with something new and untested? I say SIGN ME UP! What a fun new experience! Getting to feel like a part of the team while I suffer through finding flaws in an app that should have had the bugs worked out of it before the old app was killed off! My favorite feature of the new app is the transfer feature. Paying bills has never been more of a rush!
