1. WHAT IS the Optum Wellbeing Program?

The program consists of a brief and focal service, focused on Emotional Support, Legal Guidance, Financial Planning, Social Service and Nutritional Guidance. This program is offered by your employer, and can be completed via chat or video calls at no cost to you (services offered will vary depending on your employer's employment).

2. HOW DOES IT WORK?

To connect you with the professional most compatible with your profile, you will fill out a brief form telling us a little about yourself.

3. WHO ARE THE PROFESSIONALS?

Optum has an extensive network of licensed professionals. All professionals who work on the platform have gone through a rigorous selection process that involves different steps to ensure that the quality of service and guidance will be excellent.

The professionals are experts in different areas and will be able to help you with a wide range of questions.

4. HOW IS MY PROFESSIONAL CHOSEN?

The Program was developed to find the ideal professional for each person.

After filling out the initial form, you will be introduced to qualified professionals to handle your case. You can choose from among the professionals presented. The professionals have the training and experience to resolve your issue, but it is always possible to request a change of professional if you wish.
