Bought less than a week ago and so far unimpressed with the Tikkers Series one watch and the app. The step count seems wildly inaccurate and changes from the display on the watch at the end of the day, and the amount on the app in the morning. My daughter's steps for yesterday is showing at -4377, not sure how she managed that! Tried to submit a report on the fault on the app but that function doesnt work either. Currently considering getting a refund and buying another brand.

At first I had one for my daughter and it synchronised fine. Then I got one for my son and managed to get his working too. Now, my daughter's watch isn't showing the right time anymore and the app won't connect to either of them! I've reinstalled three times, allowed all of the permissions, even though I managed to do it with everything denied before, and it just won't find them. Literally put the watch on my phone to make sure it's close enough to find and it won't pick any up.

I like the app and the watch, it is simple and easy enough to use, but I am unable to report a problem through the app. Either network error or can not enter data in required fields I an issue where bulk steps are being recorded at 12am each day. I woke up this morning and recorded 28k steps!
