It's helpful, and I've had the heart monitor compared to medical devices, and it's quite accurate. Downside, set a watch face, and it just randomly changes to something else after a couple of hours. Same with wellbeing settings they regularly just stop so any data is lost.

This app is quite user friendly. Using it for tracking my activities all work well and all data synchs from watch well. The app lost a star for a number of reasons. Firstly the GPS data does not appear to record elevation during work out. My route is well followed on a map but no climb or descent information is displayed. Secondly, as of time of writing the app does not connect to any other health and well being app i use. The website does say they are working on it.

Pretty useless really. Phone keeps disconnecting from the App. Worked OK when I got it at Christmas. But of late not alot of use. No Whatsapp messages appearing on phone any more. Set it up to go for walk, it records the time but only records 0.01 of a mile regardless of how far I walk. The App says GPS signal is good. Total rubbish
