• Transfer funds between your OnPoint accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions.

• View cleared check images and mobile deposit check images.

When I add a memo on a transfer while using the app, it is actually not recorded. Sometimes, if it has been a while, I am left to guess why I made a transfer. Not so on the website. Because of that and for general reasons, I would love to be able to go back and add notes to those and any transactions. (I can when I access my other financial institutions, just not OnPoint)

The app has been great, very easy to use. However, I think the recent update might have caused an issue with the mobile deposit feature? After entering the check information and moving on to take a photo of the check, the camera flips to landscape but the view of the camera doesn't, so what you're seeing on screen is rotated 90 degrees on what the camera is actually taking a picture of.

Since the app was updated, I haven't been able to use it. I have called tech support, I have been to a branch and no one can determine why I cannot open the app on my android phone. I get the same error message with every attempt. Very frustrating. EDIT 2-26-20. Everything that was wrong with the other version has been corrected and made perfect with this version. Kudos to the OnPoint team.

We apologize for the frustration. We are aware of an issue with some phone models (including Xperia) that causes a login error when using the app. We will have an app update released soon that fixes this issue. Please be sure you have automatic updates enabled. In the meantime, you can use a browser on your phone to access your account. Thank you!
