Use this app to keep track of your gift card balance, view your transaction history, view your gift card details for online shopping, and pay with your One4all Gift Card using your phone.
Pay In-Store
Use this app to spend your One4all Gift Card (physical or digital) in-store. Simply make 'One4all' your default payment app in your phone's settings, then tap to pay in any One4all retailer accepting contactless payments. If you have multiple cards, select a 'Primary card' in the app.
Pay Online
Get full card details for online spending in this app. Simply tap the [Eye emoji] to view the card details, then use these card details with participating online retailers. Full instructions available online.
Check Gift Card Balance
Once loaded into the app, your up-to-date gift card balance will always be available at the tap of a button.
• Physical cards - load your card into the app using the 'New Card' button.
• Digital cards - log into the app using your One4all account to view all available cards.
View Transaction History
See all the transactions you've made on your One4all Gift Card in-app. Simply follow the steps above to load your gift card into the One4all Wallet and your transactions will display automatically.

Main issue is that when revealing the card details I can't see the expiry date of the card (Only card number and CVV), so I have to login online to get that which defeats the purpose of having those other details in the app in the first place. Apart from that I've had no issues with the app! The contactless works fine as long as I set One4All to the default payment option before tapping.

The support team was excellent, providing quick, knowledgeable, and helpful assistance on two separate occasions. However, despite my enthusiasm for the app's concept, I faced continuous usability issues. Even with my background in technology, I encountered challenges using the app—making online orders as a debit card or using it in shops was impossible. There's tremendous potential, but the usability needs significant improvement.

When trying to create an account through the app, I keep getting an error message telling me something went wrong and to be patient while the error is fixed. Needless to say, after waiting patiently, nothing has changed. Zero stars is not possible or else I would give this as my rating for the app and the card/voucher system. I wish my relative would stop buying these for me as gifts...
