They need easier interactions and better viewings for the app. I can see my balance, but can't see what its from if I try to click it (it'd be nice if more like a bank account - click the amount and you can see the dates it changed or what ticket you won from.) Looking at my tickets and subscriptions isn't straight forward either unless I click individually. Best part is the ticket scanner... but the app is supposed to reduce printed tickets.

Tickets won't scan, especially instant ones. How about until you've got this version's bugs ironed out, you re-enable access to the old app so everyone can at least continue using something that worked, instead of being roadblocked with a message prompting us to download the new version that doesn't work. Horrible user experience. You would do well to listen to all these reviews and fix this situation by reverting back to the old version in the interim. Not a good look the way things are now.

When I press "Buy Tickets" the app shuts down and logs me off. It started to happen after the last update. As well, it annoying to have to have to scroll through "Transactions" just to check my lottery numbers. There should be a dedicated button just to bring up your tickets. Other than those two items, it's better than going to the convenience store to buy you tickets.
