Please add more customization! I love going to the location in Tracy, CA since it is 24/7. All I would like is to have more customization on orders. For example for a grilled cheese and ham I usually order extra ham at a additional cost for my husband's order sometimes not a option on app. Also would like to add extra sauce, or no cheese, or no lettuce or no tomato as options too for app orders. The main reason why I don't use the app more is since I can not be precise with my order.

Made a purchase through the app and didn't get any rewards points for it. What's the point of having a rewards program if it doesn't work?

Nations in Brentwood CA is horrendous! I literally ordered my food outside in parking lot and in less than one minute they had my burger in a bag waiting on my onion rings. The burger was cold and not what I ordered. The staff at this site needs more training. #Terrible service!
