Having the dedicated app is great and it worked without a hitch, but this first iteration is lacking some of the order customization options of the prior platform, such as adding seasoning to the sides and ordering sides together with the main so they can be packaged together as a meal to avoid separate packaging. Finally, please add an option to decline straws/utensils so that we can cut down on waste when those are not needed. Hopefully those features can be added soon.

Food is always great and the associates at the Westerville location are the best. What I am never thrilled with is the online ordering. I always have to log in, then get a code and then log in again. Not real user friendly.

Prices have gone up everywhere for everything. The lunch combo here is still a decent value for now. Comparable to Cane's but $1-2 cheaper. Cane's chicken seems to have gotten noticeably smaller too while this hasn't yet. Much better value from anything at BW3 too. Glad they've recently branched out from offering only 3 variety of ranch sauces with bbq and honey mustard.
