It don't work as installed since recommended by Hotel but pointless when you open the app nothing happens as can't click anything just looks like a screensaver. Fix it before asking customers to download it to use.

Terrible. What's the point of having an app when there is no one answering on live chat and taking in-room order? Such a waste of resources. Just focus on improving your service level which is so poor, especially when you consider yourself 5-star.
