The app finds the bed but won't connect to it. I unfortunately have been given no choice but to use it because the place who sold and delivered the platform for my bed was kind enough to lose the remote. Every time it tries to connect it fails. And from previous reviews it doesn't seem like the developers of this app care at all about how useless and frustrating this app is. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

I'm disappointed that there's no option to control the length of time for the massage function. When I connect app to the bed at night, I can't connect to it in the morning, the settings shows up blank with the spinning circle that looks for the bed. Sometimes when I connect the app to the bed and exit the settings page, it automatically goes to the bed positions I when I swipe to get to the massage control page, the bed shifts to anti gravity and I have move it back before I can go to massage

Basic layout. Need to re-pair everytime ypu open the app... really?? Doesn't have all the buttons that the remote has either, so if you want lumbar adjustment you need to use the remote anyway. No way to save a preset setting. Very basic attempt at this app.
