Gulf Bank Mobile Banking

Very poor app. The fact that you claim it is "the most advanced Mobile Banking app" is an over statement. The app user interface is very poor and you can hardly call it user friendly. Lots of the functionalities that were available in previous app are not available in both of the new on line and mobile app. It is either not available here or very hard to find in the apps. Usually IT developers do a dry run for any new app before launching. GBK failed in this one..

Continuously crashing, unable to login after having the latest version. I'm trying more than 1 month but it is continuously showing the same. Also updated the latest version and tried by reinstall many time. still the same issue, after updating with new version..

Love the experience of the new app, but I have an issue with my Galaxy Note 24 ultra receiving two notifications for every transaction or operation on my phone from the new application. Can this issue be fixed because It's annoying me to no end.
