Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, according to the first verse of Surat Al-Fatihah. Praise is to praise the benevolent to the giver of the favor, and God knows the Most Holy Essence, the Duty of Existence of majesty and beauty, and the Lord is the Master, the Owner, the Educator, and the worlds gather a world by which I want all beings from everything except God Almighty. As for gratitude, it is to praise Him with His bounties, so every thankfulness is praise, and not every praise is a thank you. As for the difference between praise and praise, it is that praise is only worthy of a good deed, and praise may be based on action or non-action, so every praise is a praise and not every praise is praise, and for this it is permissible to praise God Almighty for His attributes, that He is knowledgeable and capable, and it is not permissible to be praised by Him. Because knowledge and ability are from the attributes of himself, not from the attributes of his actions, and it is permissible to praise and praise his attribute, because he is the Creator and Provider, because creation and sustenance are from the attributes of his actions and not from the attributes of himself.
