Concept is great, minor bugs/oversight need addressed and updated. In the "Inmate Roster" function of app, when user clicks on an inmate, then returns (swipes back) to inmate roster, the screen reloads to the top of page. This oversight is an accessability delay for users. The duration of this ongoing oversight is unacceptable. It is a simple fix, so fix it.

So easy n quick. I USE IT T0 SEE WHO GOT AREESTED THE NIGHT THIS APP IS SO EASY TO USE I AM 65 AND NOIT THE GREATEST WHIZ AT THIS. THE ONES THAT USE THIS APP HAVEV FULL ACCESDS TO JAIL INMATE LISTBOTH MALE ANDFEMALE GIVWING YOU THE DAY DATE OF ARESST THE CHARGES AND WHICH DEPT. MADE ARREST.THERTE IS MANY HELPFULL TABS TO CLICK ON VERRY USEFULL APP GO STASRK COUNTY GO!!

I keep notifications on for local alerts, but there's too much junk I'm notified about. It'd be nice if I could set it to not send freeze alerts all throughout the night (I know it's cold outside) but still allow it to send other things that I might need to know.
