The app is easy to use and I thought reporting things was nice. The issue I have is no matter how much I report my neighbors through the app (2-3 times a week) for excessive music volume at all hours of day and night, the sheriff's department does absolutely NOTHING about the complaint. I'm losing faith in this sheriff's department. I used to think highly until no resolve from my complaints.

Love the Sheriff Office, just don't like the way I lost my job there after 27 years as Administrative Aide.
