You can never sign in. You put in all your info, but it NEVER leaves the sign in screen. It happens almost EVERY TIME! If you go to their website, it automatically directs you o this piece of sh** app, so you still can't pay your frickin bill! It would be faster and a heck of a lot less aggravating to just go pay it in person, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid!

This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience. The feedback from you is vitally important to us, and we always want their expectations to be met. The way this app is designed I tried on multiple devices to register but unable to complete process at end of registration! Screen would not move or show anything after reaping my password to complete. Please fix!

Horrible, this system is crappie it tells me I don't have an account but yet I can't contact anyone at the ofc. So frustrated. Now I have to drive miles away to pay my bill. This system should be scrapped and the administration should reach out to help your patrons!!!!!
