It opened once, but when I tried to access anything in it, it becomes a white screen and does NOTHING. Close and reopen and it won't open. Very unstable app here. And also, why does it need access to all the things listed in the permissions? The Dept going to snoop through my phone on a regular basis? There's no need for it to have access to MAKE PHONE CALLS! And is there a reason it has to use the very same notification symbol as the weather apps for severe weather? Uninstalled.
