Rough and buggy I'm not very tech savvy and even I know this app is garbage. Between it not opening, opening to a shadowed "loading" but can't see anything type screen, or just flat out not responding, it's been quite frustrating. Notifications will not show up in occlus or through the app. The wish list sometimes shows all your games, sometimes only 3. Having the app crash while using it is fun. Casting to ANYTHING is nearly impossible.

I like using the Meta 3, So much so that I missed being able to use it after an update made the product not work for a few days. There is a way to contact support via the app, but it seems the problems automatically fixed themselves on the next update. Unfortunately I don't think you have any control as to when they push out updates. The app is useful in checking battery life on the headset and controllers.

This is not the experience you should be having and know the time this is taking away from being able to get back into the VR world. Overall, the application performs well. However, I encountered an issue where it incorrectly indicated that my VR headset was out of battery when it was not. This led me to believe that my headset was malfunctioning. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the headset had a 65 percent battery level, contradicting the app's indication of a dead battery. Additionally, the feed page appears frozen and unresponsive, preventing me from interacting with it.
