Hi there OceanEx.. I downloaded your exchange app and I LOVE its overall look and functionality so far. However, I will not transfer 1 "red cent" to your exchange untill I can clearly find the "fine print" on withdraw cost. I read the reviews here and frankly I am frightened after doing so. I'm a noob to the crypto & am waiting to learn more before investing more of my money. Many exchanges out there have very low withdraw fees and before I trust you with my 💰 I require knowing the cost.

Be very very careful when using this exchange. I was charged 60% of the coins value as the withdrawal fee. So one coin to placed into cold storage that was valued at $450 cost me $250 in withdrawal fees. Very extreme commission. Customer service does respond quickly. Still the answer I received was read the fine print.

They are scammers exchange, they rip me off my coin when I'm trying to trade with it, if you want to sell the you will see the price low, immediately you click sell the price will automatically high which will lead you to higher loss vice versa , don't even try to download the app is bad, I loss a lot of money from it
