App Features
To make your stay with us even more convenient, we have developed a user-friendly app that puts all the necessary information about your stay right in the palm of your hand. With the Nuzul App, you can manage existing reservations, bypass the front desk and check-in from your phone, receive push notifications about your stay, access building, door and Wi-Fi codes, and chat with our 24/7 concierge.
The app also allows you to make and manage requests, such as scheduling apartment cleanings or reporting maintenance issues. You can communicate with our dedicated Client Experience team in real-time via in-app instant messaging, and your personal notification inbox will house all incoming messages.
