When trying to go back and use the app to use my saved routing, it won't recognize the device. I tried every troubleshooting suggestion that was given. I would be nice if the Device Settings in the app were able to be found. I cannot find any settings anywhere in the app. The app needs a lot of work!

I was and I'm still very excited every time when I'm using my app. I just love it! I'm so pleased that it has the recommendations specific to my skin according what is important to me. Changing devices could be a little frustrating but I got help immediately to set up the app or my devices onto my new phone. I'm very happy and grateful for this app.

I can't access any of the renuspa library. I just keep getting the, "Oops something went wrong. Try refreshing the page." I'm so disappointed that I spent this money and can't use it. Update - it is working now. My only complaint is that I can't change the minutes of my renuspa when the app is running. It wants me to switch from 4 minutes to 3, but I can't unless I exit the app.
