FCC Element 6 is a part of the examination required for obtaining a commercial radio operator license issued by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States. It covers advanced knowledge of radio regulations, operating practices, and electronics fundamentals.
FCC Element 6 covers technical, legal, and other matters applicable to the operation of all classes of radiotelegraph stations.
The exam is designed to assess the candidate's knowledge and understanding of the advanced concepts and regulations related to the operation of commercial radio stations, as well as their ability to interpret and apply technical information related to radio communications.
Exam preparation is divided into 5 parts, each of which has more than 60 questions
