Joining other users' experience as well. Since the new updates can't login again to the APP, also when I registered again, the OTP isn't sent. Tried to reach Moshi Branch (Nelson Mandela), but they aren't cooperative in sorting out the problem. -------- Thanks to the support team for the response, and I am glad that the APP is now working 💪

Hello OSCAR CHIWALALA. Thank you for writing to us and sorry for the challenge. You can also get the OTP by entering the menu *150*66# then select 6.Self service then 6. Personal information then 6. Activate the App then you will receive the OTP then go back to the App to enter them. PG

I can't login to this app, it keep on giving the error that says "failed profile data validation process". You guys seem to be not eligible with mobile services. I'm unable to run even small transactions due to poor system like this.
