First, let me say the humans who contacted me are really good and nice. Universally. And everyone, including me, tried to work around the clunky app, which is required to access the service. Mbe you'll have better luck on a laptop. They're working with HIPAA. Mbe they should just get a license on Signal, Telegram, etc. Had to "upgrade" even tho just loaded, can’t connect thru browser even tho i had tested. Broken calls, disconxs. Don't try in public place. BT not supp, speaker on. Pass on this.

Your typical POS app. You are forced to use the app because they got rid of their website. NOBODY in their customer service department actually knows how to use the app, and there is no way to print or download your documents to take to your physical. Only option is to screenshot the letter and use an entire ink cartridge to print it since it's on a dark background. Wish I could add pics to show my conversations with customer service.

You are told agents will be available, but are asked to leave a nessage when calling. You are told they will mail you items next day that might arrive in a week.
