Latest update served to do nothing but remove features I used daily. Snapshot view can no longer show me my recent transactions, so I have to sign in and close the app to dodge the popups for location access and the like. This totally defeats the purpose of snapshot mode if I need to sign in. Also the font is just smaller and harder to read now.

Completely unnecessary to change the app, its Saturday so in order to even use this app you have to put your account number in and since the bank isnt open on Saturday in my area I have to wait until monday to see if my larger transfer of money even went through to my account. Very frustrating as it wont let you sign in with your credentials from the old app.

Originally I gave this app one star because of the long loading times and the hassle of having to download a new app instead of just an update, but after using it more the new platform is a lot quicker and user friendly. The credit union cared so much about my review that they called me to figure out what I didn't like and what I would change. This is the quality customer service that first attracted me to banking with them and Im happy after all these years they are still striving to please.
