We are the first Social Assistance Center authorized by the Office of the Protection of Girls, Boys and Adolescents of the State of Sonora, we provide temporary residential care for girls, boys and adolescents without parental or family care, complying in operation and operation with the requirements and obligations established in the General Law of the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents enacted in 2015, we receive children and adolescents protected by the System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) of the State of Sonora.

Our fundamental purpose is “to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of those who remain at a distance from their own family, because they are in a family situation contrary to the best interests of childhood or adolescence, and are in a state of lack of protection or abandonment.”

In the sense of the approach, the children and adolescents of Casa Esperanza for Children have the right to equal opportunities, access to quality services, to be educated in participation and to demand compliance with their rights.

Mission: To be an institution that comprehensively cares for children who have suffered physical and emotional abuse and provide them with a family environment of integration, meeting all their needs so that they have a better future, promoting their healthy growth and human development.

Vision: To be an Institution that can reproduce the child care model on a larger scale for children at risk, and thus manage to insert the largest number of young people and children into the social and family environment with universal values ​​and education. Our goal is for young people to complete their university studies and be good men and women in the society where they operate.

Our operation is limited and adjusted to all regulations applicable to Private Assistance institutions, as well as the legal provisions for the operation of Social Assistance Centers and all labor, civil protection, security and health laws and regulations. applicable to your operation.
The sources of financing and economic support, both for maintenance and operation and for construction, come mainly from contributions from natural and legal persons, both national and foreign, government agencies, foundations and specific support projects. The main characteristic of the people who participate in the financing of Casa Esperanza is their altruistic work. None of them receive anything in return. All your contributions are fully supportive of the maintenance of the resident girls, boys and adolescents.
