It worked fine initially but now after recent update a few days ago (in last week of April) it has started to stuck a lot. Also lower panel for home, news, complaints and messages has disappeared. Only SOS button is remaining. I fear that it will be facing lot of crash and stucking issues in coming days as the number of users increase who would log in and use it within same days such as during Hajj days etc

Very Good App, im seeing improvment in it, as its in early stages, i want to inform that the text format in the messages is weird, im mean clearly it doesn't know, how to write english and urdu both in one paragraph. Kindly look into it, and hopefully you'll fix it.

I'm attempting to register a complaint for the last few days, but despite receiving a successful registration message, the complaint process isn't working. Additionally, we're in Saudi Arabia, yet SOS or hotel-related information isn't appearing on the app. Dev team, please prioritize investigating and resolving these issues as pilgrims rely on this functionality, especially resolve complaint section issues. Suggestion: You should need to enable word correction feature while writing complaints.
