“NOC” is a smartphone application set in motion by National Information Technology Board (NITB). Primarily, the application has been developed to digitalize the No Objection Certificate procedure for employees working under the Establishment Division from manual to digital.

The official serviceability and technology owner is National Information Technology Board (NITB). The app is officially developed, designed, and managed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB), commissioned by the Ministry of Information technology & Telecom (MoITT).
